 develop a person centred organisation at a strategic level, looking at the Four Cs Culture Change Model. 

modernise residential aged care with real quality dementia care adopting a Household Model.

identify and measure what real person centred practice looks, sounds and feels like using the Quality of Interactions Observational Audit approach. 

seed the foundations of person centred leadership shifting from detached management to attached leadership. 

turn an INSPIRING 50 Point Dementia Care Action Checklist into measured steps.

replicate what works in transforming the lives of people living and working together in Residential Aged Care Homes who have adopted culture change in the UK and Ireland.
