Mattering at Home® - a New Culture of Home Care Services
Following on from Dementia Care Matters well-known national and international model which has been inspirational in transforming dementia care homes, it became clear the model could transfer into homecare services.
A large-scale pilot was held in a region of the UK and following its successful implementation Dementia Care Matters now has a new model of home care services - “Mattering at Home”™ providing consultancy, leadership mentoring, training trainers and practice-development in person-centred homecare.
