International interest in The Butterfly Household Model of Care - Canada

Culture Change - The Butterfly Approach in Alberta, Ontario and British Columbia - Phase 2 : Expressions of Interest

There is a strong emerging realisation amongst the care community in Canada that culture change in dementia care, supportive living and continuing care homes is really needed. On a number of visits to Alberta Peter Priednieks, Director of Learning and I have been warmly received by people ready to lead on this who believe the time for this is now.

We are now planning our schedule of work for 2017 and wish to formally invite expressions of interest to become one of 3 Butterfly Care Home Projects in the second phase within Alberta.

Expressions of Interest should be forwarded as an e mail by to :

David@dementiacarematters.com

If you require any further information before submitting a formal Expression of Interest please do not hesitate to contact.

Dementia Care Matters looks forward to working in Alberta in 2016 and to meeting many of you again.

With every good wish

David
