Due to the success of the conference "Nurses matter in dementia care" in April, it is being repeated on 27th September in Leicester. DETAILS One conference delegate said this - " I would just like to say how inspiring the conference today was, it has really motivated me to keep on challenging old care practices that some of our care staff, managers and senior managers try to hold on to. Sometimes the day to day grind of people pushing against positive change wears me down and I tend to forget why I am in the role that I am.
