In house training module content

Dementia Care Matters focuses in house training only on areas where it is advantageous to bring staff together in groups to explore new ways of working. A group of colleagues learning together helps to ensure that the learning is put into practice through establishing shared aims, exploring new ideas together and developing team based commitment to action.

Our in house training is usually with groups of up to 15 staff. The style of training has a national reputation for being inspiring, interactive, emotional and practical. The aim of our training is to achieve a measurable level of impact on staff as individuals, their style and skills and on improving a service commitment to quality of life as their central focus.
