Dr David Sheard returns to Ireland spreading butterflies in dementia care.

Monday 19th June 2017 was a historic day for Dementia Care Matters, as David launched the fourth Butterfly Project with a nursing home provider in Drogheda, to introduce there The Butterfly Household Model of Care with Moorehall Lodge Drogheda. For more information click here


A Dementia Care Matters led full 1 Year Butterfly Project

A large network of Butterfly Homes exists in the UK and these are now spreading to Canada and Australia. We continue to seek Nursing Homes in Ireland who wish to become a full demonstration dementia care Nursing Home. For more information please click here
